01 · Who we are

CoreThree, a founder-led web studio in Doha

CoreThree is the trading name of The Core Three for Web Solutions, registered in Qatar. This policy covers corethreeweb.com and its Arabic version. We are the data controller for anything collected here. The quickest way to reach a human about your data is info@corethreeweb.com — it goes to the founders, and there is no support queue in between.

02 · What we collect

Two things, and only two

• What you type into the enquiry form: your name, an email address or phone number, optionally your company, which services you're interested in, and your message.
• Anonymous usage data about how pages are used — but only if you accept analytics cookies. Decline and none of it is collected.

03 · Enquiries

What happens to what you send us

Your enquiry is stored in our database and emailed to the founders so somebody actually sees it. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list — there is no mailing list. It is not used to train any AI model.

04 · Analytics

Nothing loads until you say yes

Analytics scripts are consent-gated: they are not loaded, and no analytics cookie is written, until you accept in the banner. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate page and traffic data, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymised interaction data. If you decline, the site works exactly the same and we simply learn less. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies.

05 · Essential storage

The bit that runs with or without consent

We store your consent choice itself, and your language preference, so the banner doesn't reappear on every page and the site stays in the language you picked. Neither is used for tracking and neither can identify you. This is the only storage that operates without consent, because without it the site cannot honour the choice you just made.

06 · Retention

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: kept while we're in contact and for two years after the last message, so we can pick up a conversation you restart. Then deleted.
• Analytics: retained on Google's and Microsoft's default schedules — aggregate, and not linked to you by name.
• Consent and language preferences: stored in your own browser, and gone the moment you clear the site's cookies.

07 · Your rights

Ask and it's done

Email info@corethreeweb.com and you can have a copy of everything we hold on you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. We'll do it within 30 days and we won't ask you why. Deleting an enquiry means deleting the conversation with it, so if you'd like a copy first, say so in the same email.

08 · Third parties

Who else touches your data

• Supabase — the database the enquiry is stored in.
• Resend — sends the notification email to the founders.
• Vercel — hosts the site and processes the request that submits your form.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — only with your consent, as above.

09 · Changes

If this changes, the date changes

This policy was last updated on 2 August 2026. If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and the date at the top of it. There is no version where the date says one thing and the practice is another.
