Hossam Kamal
Co-founder and technical lead. Owns the architecture, the integrations and the tracking that tells you whether any of it worked, and stays hands-on through every build — which is why the estimates are honest.
The studio
CoreThree is three founders in Doha who kept meeting businesses that had paid good money for a website and received a brochure. Beautiful, invisible, and impossible to tell whether it had ever earned anything. So we built the studio we'd have wanted to hire.

projects shipped
Small numbers, all true. We'd rather you check them than be impressed by them.
Who you'd be working with
No account manager, no handover to a delivery team, nothing sent offshore. The people below are the people on the call and the people accountable for the result.
Co-founder and technical lead. Owns the architecture, the integrations and the tracking that tells you whether any of it worked, and stays hands-on through every build — which is why the estimates are honest.
Co-founder and design lead. Owns how it looks, how it reads and how it converts, in both languages, and leads the search and visibility side — because a page designed by one person and optimised by another usually ends up serving neither.
Co-founder and our Qatari partner. Sets the overall direction of the business, leads public relations, and keeps an eye across the whole company — every project, every client relationship — so what is promised in a meeting is what gets delivered.
Why we started
Design, search visibility and sales pipeline get quoted by three different suppliers who never speak, and the business is left holding the seams. Nobody owns whether the enquiries actually arrive. We put all three under the same founders so there's one person to ask and no seam to fall through.
Four things we won't trade away, because each one is the reason a project either works or quietly doesn't.
We don't take a design-only brief and hand you a beautiful site that nobody can find. If the visibility and the pipeline aren't part of it, the project can't be judged, and neither can we.
No offshore freelancers, no white-label agency behind the curtain. The founders are involved in every build, which is why the timeline you're given is the timeline.
Not translated at the end. Right-to-left is a design decision that affects navigation, forms, icons and reading order — retrofitting it is a rebuild, so we don't retrofit it.
You email a founder who knows your project. There is no account manager in between, and there won't be.
How a project runs
The same shape every time, whether it's a landing page or a bilingual rebuild. What changes is the depth, not the order.
01
A call with your site on the screen. Where customers arrive, what they do, where they stop. We scope against a specific outcome and quote a fixed price for it.
02
Design and engineering together, English and Arabic in parallel. You review it running in a browser, not as a picture of it — early enough that changing your mind is cheap.
03
It launches with tracking already on, so month one tells you something. Then we look at the numbers with you and fix the page costing you the most.
Most projects run four to eight weeks end to end.
The ones that come up on a first call, answered before you have to ask them.
The founders, on every project. For specialist work outside our disciplines — photography, video, Arabic copy editing — we bring in people we've worked with before and we tell you who they are. Nothing is quietly subcontracted, and nothing goes to offshore freelancers.
Because they're one job. The reason agencies split them is org charts, not craft. A page's structure, its search intent and where its enquiries land are the same decision looked at three ways — separating them is what creates the seams we spend our time fixing.
We do, across the GCC. Doha is where we are and where we know the market best — Arabic search behaviour in Qatar is specific and it's where we can help most.
Fixed price, scoped against an outcome rather than an hour count, and quoted after the first call rather than before it. If it's not a fit we'll say so on that call instead of sending a proposal.
Twenty minutes, your site on the screen, no deck. You'll leave knowing the three pages costing you the most — whether you hire us or not.
