Terms of Service

The terms for using this website. Short, because a marketing site doesn't need long ones — the terms that matter for a project are in its contract, not here.

01 · Scope

These terms cover the website, not the work

Using corethreeweb.com means accepting what's below. The site is operated by The Core Three for Web Solutions, registered in Qatar and trading as CoreThree. If we end up working together, that engagement is governed by its own written agreement — a proposal and contract naming scope, price and timeline. Where the two ever disagree, the contract wins.

02 · Enquiries

Sending an enquiry doesn't hire anyone

The form is an invitation to talk. It doesn't create a contract, doesn't reserve capacity, and doesn't oblige either side to anything. We aim to reply within one business day, and if a project isn't a fit we'll say so directly rather than going quiet.

03 · Content

What's ours and what isn't

The writing, design, code and structure of this site are ours. Client names, logos and project screenshots belong to those clients and appear here with their permission. You're welcome to quote or link to anything here with attribution; republishing a page wholesale is not fine.

04 · Accuracy

We write carefully, and it's still a website

Case-study results describe what happened for that client in their market at that time. They are honest and they are not a prediction — nothing here is a guarantee that your project will produce the same numbers, because your market, budget and product are different. Any figure we publish, we can show you the source for.

05 · Availability

No uptime promise on a marketing site

We keep the site up and current, but we don't guarantee it will be reachable at any given moment, and we may change or remove pages without notice. If a URL we've published moves, we'll redirect it rather than break it.

06 · Liability

The limits, stated plainly

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of this website — including decisions made on the strength of something you read here. That limit applies to the website only. It does not limit our responsibility under a signed contract for work we've actually been paid to do.

08 · Governing law

Qatar, and a conversation first

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. If something goes wrong, email info@corethreeweb.com — we have never had a dispute we couldn't resolve in a phone call, and we'd like to keep it that way.
